Incorporated in 2020 as a limited liability company, Everstone Energy Limited (EEL) was conceived as a Fuel Management Company with the intention of providing management support services to the 1st generation of Oil Marketing Companies (OMC’s) who are gradually losing their market share in the oil & gas industry.

We positioned ourselves as management partners of this generation of OMC's to enhance their capacity while ensuring they remain relevant in the industry.

Our services cover the management and general operation of both supply and distribution of fuel. We also include product arrangement and financing as part of our services. Our main suppliers of petroleum products have been BOST, Vihama, Sage Petroleum, Maranatha among others.

Within a year of operations Everstone has evolved into a fully licensed Bulk Distribution Company (BDC) by the National Petroleum Authority (NPA). This approval authorizes us to procure, store as well as distribute petroleum products to qualified retailers and other large-scale end-users in Ghana at very competitive market prices.

Everstone Energy has 100 % controlling stake in a newly licensed Oil Marketing Company (OMC), N3 Limited and also 25% shares in Petra Energy (OMC).
